The process includes Carding, which is the blending cotton and turning it into fiber webs. The resulting yarn is made stronger by spinning it. Pepe jeans uses mostly indigo and sulphur dyes. They also do the beaming, weaving and finishing processes which guarantees their jeans are in the best possible condition when they are delivered to retailers.

The jeans and denim wear are very popular for their collections, which includes the Utilitarian line. This line is known for its fashionable garments with a hint military splash. It is includes clothes in shades of khaki, green, olive, and gray. The company designs shirts, pants, shorts, jerseys, and skirts for men, women, and kids.
